- Dr. Misook Joo is an experienced nurse practitioner with a sincere passion to serve her community.
- She received her BA in Nursing from Creighton University and her doctorate of Nursing Practice from Indiana State University.
- Her passion for working with people and her extensive experience in surgery, emergency, recovery, and Vascular Access department with various hospitals lead her to places such as South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Nebraska and Washington over the last 30 years as an RN. She was especially fond of working with children at the Seattle Children's Hospital, and her love for people finally drove her to open Joo Family Clinic in Edmonds, Washington, where she currently serves as the principle family practitioner.
Gaeun Song, DNP, FNP-C, ARNP
- Dr. Gaeun Song is a certified nurse practitioner with a background in primary care who has dedicated herself to meeting patients where they are at. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Calvin University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Seattle Pacific University.
- Her strengths lie in providing compassionate care and personalized solutions to meet the diverse needs of all patients. Speaking English, Korean, and Mandarin, she has experience in providing culturally competent care and finds joy in meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds.
- She is devoted to providing the best medical care available, empowering patients to take charge of their own health, and improving patient health.

- Open the Elation Patient Portal app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Tap Appointments at the bottom of the screen.
- View your upcoming appointments.
- Tap an appointment to view the date, time, provider, and other details.
Download Documents
- Log in to the Patient Portal using the app or a mobile browser.
- Tap the Menu (≡) icon.
- Select Documents / Results.
- Tap the document you want to download.
- Tap Download or Share, then save it to your device.
