Misook Joo, DNP, FNP-BC, ARNP

Dr. Misook Joo is an experienced nurse practitioner with a sincere passion to serve her community.

She received her BA in Nursing from Creighton University and her doctorate of Nursing Practice from Indiana State University.

Her passion for working with people and her extensive experience in surgery, emergency, recovery, and Vascular Access department with various hospitals lead her to places such as South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Nebraska and Washington over the last 30 years as an RN. She was especially fond of working with children at the Seattle Children's Hospital, and her love for people finally drove her to open Joo Family Clinic in Edmonds, Washington, where she currently serves as the principle family practitioner.

Gaeun Song, DNP, FNP-C, ARNP

Dr. Gaeun Song is a certified nurse practitioner with a background in primary care who has dedicated herself to meeting patients where they are at. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Calvin University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Seattle Pacific University.

Her strengths lie in providing compassionate care and personalized solutions to meet the diverse needs of all patients. Speaking English, Korean, and Mandarin, she has experience in providing culturally competent care and finds joy in meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds.

She is devoted to providing the best medical care available, empowering patients to take charge of their own health, and improving patient health.

방문 기록 (visit summary), 진단 내용, 의사 소견, 치료 계획

🧪 2. 검사 결과 확인

혈액검사 (lab results), Medical imaging 검사 결과 (있을 경우), 정상/비정상 결과 표시

> 결과가 나오면 포털로 먼저 확인 가능

💊 3. 처방 약 확인

현재 복용 중인 약 리스트, 새로 처방된 약, 약 복용 방법 안내

📩 4. 병원과 메시지 주고받기

간단한 의료 질문, 예약 관련 문의, 처방 리필 요청

> 전화 없이도 빠르게 소통 가능

Blood test results, Imaging results (if applicable), Normal / abnormal result indicators

> Results are often released through the portal first

Current medication list, Newly prescribed medications, Instructions for use

📩 4. Message your clinic

Ask non-urgent medical questions, Request appointment-related help,

Request prescription refills

> No need to call the clinic for simple questions

View upcoming appointments, Request new appointments, Request changes or cancellations

Log in to the Patient Portal https://www.app.elationemr.com/passport/login/
Click “Documents” or “Records” in the top menu
Select the item you want to download:

4. Click the Download / PDF button

5. The file will be saved to your computer
